At Brick & Ponds we use the latest installation methods which consist of using permeable/washed gravel and leveling chips to ensure proper water drainage underneath the surface. We no longer use leveling sand, limestone, nor dirty/mixed gravel for any of our projects due to poor longevity.
Along with a permeable base we make sure to install concrete footings/foundations to reinforce all of our heavier vertical construction projects such as steps, walls, kitchens, and fireplaces. The subsoil quality will be inspected to determine the depth of concrete and washed gravel base.
At Brick & Ponds we make sure to follow all village/city guidelines and regulations, in order to prevent any fines or problems, which may arise due to improper installations. Our project managers will correlate with city inspectors to plan and ensure a good quality installation is completed, while still adhering to the village/city building codes.
All of our projects come with a warranty to cover any workmanship defects that may occur within the first few years of installation.
